On a Mac, Control+⌘+F also works: it’s the standard Mac shortcut for full screen in any app that supports it. You can also open Chrome’s More menu (⋮) and choose the full screen button next to Zoom.

TabCmdr's way
Toggle full screen from the TabCmdr palette
TabCmdr is a keyboard launcher that lives in your browser. Its Toggle Full Screen command asks the page you’re on to fill the screen, the same way a video player’s full screen button does.
Before you start: add TabCmdr from the Chrome Web Store. It has a 7-day free trial and needs no account.
Step 1: Open the palette
Press ⌘+K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux on the page you want to see full screen.
Step 2: Type f11
TabCmdr’s commands answer to their usual shortcut too, so f11 finds Toggle Full Screen. Typing full works as well.

f11 finds Toggle Full Screen.Step 3: Press Enter
The palette closes and the page fills the screen.
To leave, press Esc, or open the palette with ⌘+K or Ctrl+K and run Toggle Full Screen again. The palette opens over the full-screen page, so the rest of TabCmdr keeps working too.
Try it on your own tabs
